Somebody's Going To Emergency, Somebody's Going To Jail
Wow - the first episode that has a title too long to fit on the board.
I always think of this as one of my favorites.
CJ with the map guys - Too funny! Josh's line about finding Brigadon and her "Cause you're freaking me out!" Perfect West Wing! 
Love Toby's trip to see the protestors and his little flirtation with his police protection, Rhonda. This is why I love Toby.
This is the quintessential Sam fighting the good fight and running head long into his own naiveté. The whole Danile Gault thing was so Sam.
Loved Nancy in the Sit Room on the phone constantly having to tell the guy when she was the one talking. Very funny!
Of course, I know you're all waiting for me to bring up the best part:
CJ: "You want to make out with me right now, don't you?"
Toby: "Well when don't I?"

Hear! Hear! to everything Flamingo just said.
Especially love the first scene with 'New York Minute'playing - I think it really sets up the episode.
Favourite part in it though has to be one of Josh's lines:
Leo: Andrew Jackson in the main foyer of the White House had a two-ton block of cheese...
Josh: And a wheat thin the size of Lake Tahoe

Well, going through all these "Classic" episodes is making me nostalgic.
The Cheese meeting was hilarious. Toby ranting about the protesters. "And by God you were home for supper on a school night." 
My favorite part of the map meeting was at the very beginning. Everytime I watch it I get struck with this giddy feeling and I have no idea why. It's when Josh is sort of taunting CJ and he moves his leg next to hers. She pushes it away and then they both end up leaning forward. This episode is also one of my all time favorites. I especially love the beginning and endning with the song. It's so amazing and really sets the mood - "If you find somebody to love in this world you'd better hang on to the nail" how beautiful is this not. The entire lyrics really touches my heart every time and makes me cry---
